“ One of my favorite meals in Barcelona was this simple 5 euro chicken sandwich. I waited 40 mins on a Monday afternoon but it was worth it. Also get the patatas! ”
“ Excellent food and low prices make this a winner. Only 4 or 5 tables so a seat is an iffy but tables clear quickly. You order at the counter and made fresh with your choices of topping. Bread itself is amazing so enjoy. Steak or chicken and grilled and then they stuff full of toppings and sauces- I just said everything which was perfect. ”
“ I kept hearing about this place when I was doing research for Barcelona but didn't want to spend much time in line so I put it on the second tier of my bucket list and then kind of forgot about it. I guess Fortune favors the absent-minded because we just happened to stumble upon it on our way back from the Las Ramblas area and miraculously there was NO LINE! We had already eaten and weren't the least bit hungry but I went ahead and got sandwiches to go because I knew we couldn't pass up this gift that fate had given us. It was easy to accomodate my husband's vegan restrictions with a falafel sandwich and I got the chicken with the works (only 5 Euro per sandwich!). We stashed them in our hotel mini-fridge and took a siesta, thinking that they clearly wouldn't live up to the hype after a few hours but MAN THEY WERE SO GOOD STILL. I don't have any photos because we woke up hungry and devoured these sammies but the memories live on and I definitely wanted to write up a review so that people are encouraged to try to find this place when in Barcelona. You will likely have to wait in line, there's not really space to sit down and eat, and it's cash only but it is 100% worth it my friends. ”

Staff was so joyful and would say "thank you for your smile" to almost every customer. “ One of the best places for a sandwich in all of Barcelona. It's intense when you walk in, but everything is so fresh and delicious. Their bowls are also fantastic. The STAR here is the patatas bravas. Get them with all of the sauces and you won't be sorry. Best bravas I've ever had -- and best in Barcelona. Cash only so come prepared, but I miss this shop everyday. 100% recommend!! ”
